Dear Friend,
Viral Marketing can multiple like wildfire across the net, spreading
your message to literally thousands of potential customers.
The problem is that most folks just don't understand exactly how to use
a viral marketing campaign to their advantage.
Here is what is covered in this viral video series:

Let's take a look at a few Viral marketing examples:
With the rapid growth of the internet it is very easy to locate an
abundance of viral marketing examples. Below I have tried to list a few
of the major viral marketing campaigns that I can think of. I have not
really done it justice as there are so many more.
Let’s begin with hotmail. Hotmail is the first successful viral
marketing example that we have come across. Prior to the creation of
hotmail viral marketing was essentially unknown. Much of hotmail’s
quick success was due to the tag line which was attached to all
outgoing email. This tag found on hotmail simply invited the email
recipient to setup an account and join hotmail.
The subservient Chicken has to be the number two viral marketing
example. If you think back you can remember the webcam site of Burger
King which allowed people on the internet to control a man in a creepy
chicken suit. It was an instant viral success.
The Will it Blend campaign is of a more recent vintage. This was one of
Blendtec’s blender video series which displayed scientists in the
process of testing various household items to see if they would blend
together in their new powerful blender. This particular campaign made
very good use of online video sharing.
An interesting viral marketing example is the One Red Paperclip. Kyle
MacDonald began with one small red paperclip and one year later he had
traded his way up to a house. As he progressed he documented his
adventure on the net.
Perhaps the most famous viral marketing idea was the Million Dollar
homepage.. This website sold pixels on its homepage which totaled up to
one million dollars.
With Simpsonsize yourself the visitors where allowed to create avatar
character of themselves which would appear in the Simpson’s movie.
Who can forget the Mentos and Diet Coke experiment? I can remember how
these wacky scientist guys got famous by merely by making art from the
explosions generated by mixing mentos and diet coke together.
Youtubes rise to fame was a result of its embedded videos which allowed
the bloggers to place videos directly onto their website posts.
There was also the Bob Dylan Facebook Application that allowed the
users to create their own videos for Dylan’s Subterranean Homesick
Blues. This example was a viral marketing campaign which consisted only
of brand interactions. It was strictly for entertainment purposes.
The list could easily go on and on but I think you understand what I am
trying to say. It only will take one time for you to capture the right
viral marketing techniques and then you too could have traffic on
steriods.
